Casio G-Shock is a unique range of watches manufactured by Casio, famous for its resistance to shock (example: hard knocks and strong vibrations).
Back in 1981, Casio began designing new kind of wrist watches, based on the Triple 10 Goal.
First 10: 10-year Battery Life. Second 10: 10-Bar Water Resistance.
Third 10: Sustain 10-Meter Free Fall.
Casio G-Shock Watches were and continued to be designed primarily for sports and outdoor adventure oriented activities.
For instance, all G-Shocks watches have some kind of stopwatch feature, countdown timer, light and water resistance.
However, recently many models have become more luxury and design oriented.
