The dial/case is pretty large for a kid, but he likes it because it' s more manly-looking. The watch seems to keep good time, and has many features that he likes to play with (timer modes, alarms, etc.) We had to remove about 10 links from the bracelet, though; as it came, it was even too big for my husband.
